How long will my order take to arrive?

This depends on what you order and where your delivery country is. After an order is dispatched it will probably arrive within 5 days to 14 days.
Any orders going outside of the UK will be sent in one package only. This means that if you order some items which are in stock, and some which are out of stock, we will need to wait for all items to be in stock before we can dispatch your order. You can always place two separate orders if you need some items sooner.


How much does delivery cost?

Again, this depends on what you order and what country the order is going to. We do not have a single standard price for overseas delivery. Instead the delivery cost is calculated based on your order and destination. For an exact delivery price, please add all the items that you require to your cart, and then proceed to the checkout. There, once you select your delivery country, you will see all the available delivery options and prices.


Will I be charged for import duty, customs fee or TAX / VAT / GST?

Most likely. When placing an order that is shipping from a country other than that of the delivery country (or from outside of the EU for EU delivery addresses), your home/delivery country will charge you duty and customs fees to clear your parcel. They will also probably charge you TAX / VAT / GST. This is a charge levied by your home country, and not by us. The amount that you will be charged will depend on your delivery country. The government may have information on their website with more details.
