The GelHeat reusable Hot & Cold Pack is perfect for ongoing treatment of an injury at home where you have access to a microwave or freezer. They are also ideal for personal warmth.

Use warm for effective relief from muscular and joint aches and pains and cold for reducing swelling and inflammation. The pack will remain flexible at low temperatures. Care should be taken with this item when hot. Always wrap pack in a cloth or sleeve before use. Reusable. Pack Size 12 x 25cm.

To heat warm in a microwave, on medium power (around 600w) from room temperature for 20 seconds and test the heat. *If this is not warm enough, heat for 5 second intervals and re-test the temperature. Do not over-heat. Do not heat for more than 45 seconds.
